Have you or someone you know been hit hard by unexpected tax bills or struggled with the complexities of self-employment taxes?
We understand the challenges: many under-employed low income individuals become self-employed out of necessity and are may be unaware of the credits and deductions available to them, often paying more than necessary and owing a significant amount to QPP come tax time.
Over the next 12 months, CCBI will host a community-focused initiative designed to provide low-income self-employed residents of Ville-Marie with the tools and resources needed to navigate the world of self-employment taxation. This program is here to open doors to fiscal empowerment, offering education and support. If you are not a resident of Ville-Marie but you are a 2SLGBTQ+ self employed individual living elsewhere in Quebec you will be able to join us online!
